Cherry Tomatoe Pasta

This was such a yummy, yummy dish to make! And it was just as good the next day for lunch =)

What you need:
2 baskets cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 lb. shredded mozzarella
1 lb. ziti or panne pasta
1 T. oregano
1 stick of butter

Butter a 13 x 9 glass pan and place 1/2 of split tomatoes face up on bottom of pan (cut the tomatoes in half). Boil pasta half way, drain and add breadcrumbs, butter and oregano. Mix all together. Layer pasta and Mozzarella  in pan until finished. On top place remaining split tomatoes face down on top of pasta. Dot the top of pasta with butter. Bake at 375F. degrees for about 15-20 minutes until mozzarella is melted.

Makes 4-6 servings

What the Clouds See

His Girl

The beat of the music was running through their bodies
The lights so dark you couldn’t see hardly
At first they never were even aware of each other
But once their eyes locked, the room began to shudder

And as if he has known her his whole life
He ran his fingers through her hair with such delight
She smiled up at him and it was like time has seized
They both knew at that moment they found their missing piece

A Flower's Journey

Love has always been a quest of mine
It always seemed something easy to find
But once I began my search for it
I realized that it’s something you can’t just get

My journey begins at such a young age
Always thinking that my life will just fall into place
I thought I found my one true love
But as it turns out, it was just a trial run

My heart ached for some time
I truly felt that it wasn’t even mine
It felt painful and cold and had no warmth
Like an uprooted flower that yearned for the earth

Time passed and I began to think that I was fine
That I no longer needed a man to call mine
I planned to move far, far away
Start my life all over and make a new way

And then as life would have it
When you least expect what could happen
I danced my way into a dark room
And met the man that made that uprooted flower bloom

How could this happen? I began to ask
I couldn’t believe he just walked into my life like that
That heart of mine began to heal
It felt so amazing just to feel

Unlike most, our story doesn’t begin at the start
It begins, like a child’s fairy tale, at the happily ever after part
This new journey will not be like any I have stride
Because this time my true love will be right by my side
